Q: How long does it take to complete construction?
A: Modular homes take 3-4 months. Doublewides take 1-3 months.
Q: Do we do site work such as pads, basements and septic systems?
A: Yes. We do all types of site work to meet our customer’s needs.
Q: Do we take trade-ins if a customer has an existing single or doublewide home?
A: Yes. We will consider any trade in that is not older than 20 years old.
